About the event
As your athlete grows older, they may be asked to participate in high school and middle school weight training programs.Â
As a parent, it's important to equip your child with the necessary tools to ensure their safety during these programs.Â
Contrary to popular belief, studies show that young athletes can benefit greatly from weight training. In fact, it's essential for their strength, their health, and their overall athletic development.Â
