2024 REFER-A-FRIEND CONTEST

ELIGIBILITY

The contest is open to all existing customers of SHP Athletes whose accounts are in good standing.
You must opt into the Program to be eligible for rewards. By sending out your referral link you are effectively opting in, and you are affirmatively consenting to the Program’s Terms and Conditions.

The contest begins on May 20th, 2024 and ends on June 10th, 2024. All referrals must be made within this period to qualify for rewards and the grand prize.
Referees (referred friends) will have until June 15th to complete their registration and successful payment for the referral to qualify for rewards or grand prize eligibility.

Participants must use their unique referral link generated by SHP Athletes' referral program platform to refer friends to purchase summer training programs.
There is no limit to the number of referrals participants can make or rewards given for successful referrals.

For each successful referral to any 2-Days/Week Summer Training Program, the referring customer will receive $50 cash.
For each successful referral to any 4-Days/Week Summer Training Program, the referring customer will receive $100 cash.

Referred friends will receive a 15% discount on the purchase of their summer training program when they use a valid referral link.

The grand prize for the customer with the most successful referrals at the contest's close is a customized sport backpack.
A successful referral is defined as one in which the referred friend completes a purchase of any summer training program listed above.
In case of a tie, additional grand prizes will be added, and all winners will receive a grand prize

Referred friends in this contest are not eligible to combine their discount with any other discounts or promotional offers available during the contest period.
Any attempt to manipulate the program by the participant or their referees will result in disqualification.
Participants are prohibited from making referrals to people with the same residential mailing address.
SHP Athletes reserves the right to verify eligibility and to adjudicate any dispute at any time.
If the referred friend cancels the purchase or requests a refund, SHP Athletes reserves the right to retract the cash reward awarded for that referral.

SHP Athletes reserves the right, without prior notice, to terminate the Program and Contest or modify the rules, benefits, conditions of participation, the rewards offered, and the grand prize. The organization may also choose not to award future rewards or void all prior points awarded, either for an individual participant or all participants, at its sole discretion and at any time.

Cash Prizes: Customers will receive any cash prizes they have earned within 14 business days following the conclusion of the contest.
Notification of Grand Prize Winners: Individuals who win the grand prize will be notified within 5 business days after the contest period ends.
Delivery of Grand Prizes: Grand prize winners will receive their customized backpack within 30 days of submitting their customization specifications.

By participating in the contest, you agree to be fully, unconditionally bound by these rules and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.
